At some places coconut trees are named as "Life tree" because it gives all the necesary that are required to sustain a life. It is one nature's wonders, it is enriched with excellent medecinal properties. Coconut is a highly  highly nutritious and rich source of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. We can use coconut in every possible ways. It would be a book if we start writing about the benifits and uses of coconut but here I am going to mention few important Health benifits and uses of coconut and its products.

Coconut water: Coconut water contains organic compounds that have been known to help. A few benefits as follows:


  • Coconut water keep the body cool and at proper temperature. It orally rehydrate our body and it is an all natural isotonic.
  • Coconut water is more nutritious than whole milk less fat and no cholestreol.It is more healthy than orange juice and much lower calories.
  • Coconut water is better than processed baby milk, it contains lauric acid which is present in mother's milk.
  • Coconut water is a universal donor, it is identical to human blood plasma.
  •  coconut water balance out the toxic from the body. 

Coconut oil: 

  • Coconut oil is not only great for our hair but for our overall health as well.This is one of the many health benefits of coconut oil that's sure to please. Do you know coconut oil can help slow down the effects of ageing too? It helps with damage to healthy fats and tissues in the body. Coconut oil is filled with antioxidants which improves cardiovascular problems and the ageing of the skin.
  • Coconut oil is one of the best natural nutrition for hair. It helps in healthy growth of hair providing them a shiny complexion. It is effective in reducing the protein loss for damaged and undamaged hair.
  • Regular head massage with coconut oil ensures that scalp is free of dandruff, even if our scalp is dry. It also helps in keeping hair and scalp free from lice and lice eggs.

  • Skin lightening: Chew daily a pulb of coconut meat with few pinch of saffron it it will give an excellent lightening skin.
  • Shooting facial pack: Mix coconut oil with oatmeal powder and few pinch of levender flower powder.
  • Diet plan: if you are on diet then you may add cocnut water in your plan , because it has only 0.01% fat
  • Herbal medecine: If you feel burning sensation while passing urine, then drink cocnut water twice or thrice a day 
  • Dry cough: Mix coconut milk with a spoon of poppy seeds, milk and a spoon of pure honey, take it every night before going to bed, it will relief you from  dry cough due to throat irritation.
  • Weight loss: Coconut oil is very useful in reducing weight. It contains short and medium-chain fatty acids that help in taking off excessive weight. 
  • Digestion: Internal use of coconut oil occurs primarily as cooking oil. Coconut oil helps in improving the digestive system and thus prevents various stomach and digestion related problems including irritable bowel syndrome.
  • Heart disease: There is a misconception spread among many people that coconut oil is not good for the heart. This is because it contains a large quantity of saturated fats. However, coconut oil is beneficial for the heart. It contains about 50% lauric acid, which helps in preventing various heart problems including high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure:
